A US training method which focuses on working out as hard as possible in a short period of time. It is based on military training methods of special units. These exercises can be modified to suit any training level.

The TRX Suspension Trainer is a workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

During this currently popular training method, different exercises are performed on a vibrating plate, whereby conventional exercises are intensified and diversified. What you may not have known yet is that the vibration plate is a perfect tool to relax and regenerate your muscles after a hard workout by applying frequencies lower than 20Hz.
